Life can be messy, and it does not come with a guidebook. Maybe it has been a struggle as long as you can remember, or perhaps there is a certain hurdle you hope to overcome..
Having someone to work through
problems and difficulties can be a great relief and aid along the journey.
We utilize an eclectic approach to therapy designed to meet your individual needs including EMDR, Prolonged Exposure, CBT, motivational interviewing, DBT informed therapy, and mindfulness.
"My passion as a therapist is working with individuals struggling with trauma, grief and loss. I hope to provide a non-judgmental environment and holistic approach that will help you make goals and cope with the stresses of life.
